NOTES: As a result of the work of the Coordinating Council, Gulf Coast Center was asked to update and consolidate 3 interlocal agreements and budgets that are in place with the county. There is an interlocal with the County for the Jail Forensic Services (Article 16.22 reports and continuity of care), another for MH courts and competency restoration, and one for grant match funds for a Forensic ACT team for jail reentry.
